The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Consultant to join our Snooze Fitzroy team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, providing expert sleep solutions, and driving sales through exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Work across agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays to meet the needs of our customers.

Requirements:

  • Experience in retail sales, preferably in selling big ticket items.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high standards of service.
  • Confident and professional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Computer knowledge, with experience with Pronto an advantage.
  • A desire to achieve sales targets and KPIs, with a focus on delivering results-oriented sales performance.
