We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage construction and maintenance activities. The successful candidate will provide technical advice, ensure quality standards are met, and lead projects to achieve desired outcomes.

In this role, you will work with a multi-disciplined organization to deliver transport infrastructure solutions across the state. You will collaborate with a team to achieve major improvements for customers and communities.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, and possess strong computer literacy skills. Experience in road construction or maintenance is highly desirable.

Mandatory Qualifications and Conditions
  • Criminal history check required due to access to sensitive data.
  • Valid Queensland 'C' class driver's license or equivalent.
  • Willingness to travel across the State as per industry standards.
  • A Washington Accord accredited four-year degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent recognized by Engineers Australia.
Desirable Requirements
  • Diploma in Project Management and accredited Frontline Management qualification (highly desirable).
  • Previous experience in road construction or maintenance industry.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new software relevant to the role.
