At Montefiore, we are seeking dedicated and compassionate Russian speaking carers to join our team in North Sydney. As a personal carer, you will provide essential support and companionship to our clients, enhancing their overall well-being.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Personal care: shower assist, toileting, feeding
  • Hoist experience (desirable - training provided)
  • Manual handling: transferring to and from the bed to shower commode
  • Social support and companionship
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience with complex needs
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification
  • Availability during weekdays and weekends
  • COVID-19 vaccination recommended but not mandatory
  • Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
  • NDIS Workers Check
  • Driver's licence and own vehicle
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Professional presentation
