The successful candidate will have:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA approved equivalent;
- At least 2 years experience at Lead Educator or Diploma level;
- A current working with children check;
- A passion for early childhood education, a collaborative mindset, and a positive attitude;
- Strong communication skills and a person-centred approach.
