Senior Educator Lead

Job Title: Senior Educator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Educational Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the educational programs in the centre, collaborating with educators to observe, review and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, as well as experience in leading change in education.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Liaising with centre leadership team to lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice
• Collaborating with educators to observe, review and continuously enhance educational programs
• Deepening team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding application of Early Years Learning Framework

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current SA Working with Children Check
