Job Title:

A Vehicle Service Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the technical service operations of a global company, ensuring dealers are equipped to service vehicles to manufacturer standards.

This role involves leading teams in delivering high-quality technical training and support services to vehicle technicians. The ideal candidate will have experience as a senior technician or technical trainer in light commercial vehicles, preferably with knowledge of electric/hybrid vehicles.

  • Developing and delivering technical training programs aligned with global standards and emerging technologies.
  • Providing in-field technical support and coaching to technicians.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of technical trends and implementing training interventions to address recurring faults.

To be successful in this role, you must have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. You should be able to drive change and deliver results in dynamic environments.

The requirements for this position include:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Holding a valid driver's license and being willing to travel nationally and internationally.
