The role of a Product Account Executive offers the opportunity to transform digital services for millions of citizens and help Fortune 500 companies thrive.
This is a hunter sales role that requires a highly motivated individual driven to succeed in covering new business product sales.
You will be responsible for selling SaaS products designed exclusively for Workday, including Kainos Smart and Employee Document Management.
Main Responsibilities- Manage multiple deal cycles while maintaining accurate customer, pipeline, and forecast data.
- Execute on the Product Sales Process using industry standard sales methodologies to win Net New sales.
- Accurately reflect sales performance in CRM and report pipeline to sales leadership.
- Facilitate discovery sessions with clients to gain appreciation for their Workday environment and challenges.
- Prospect via a multichannel approach and identify high-value opportunities.
- Facilitate demonstrations of Kainos suite of Smart automation and EDM product and offer advice on how best to use it to get a greater ROI on Workday.
- Assess customers' needs and explain how our products can satisfy those needs.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- A successful track record of Enterprise Software or Solution Sales accompanied by a proven record of hitting targets.
- Expert networking skills and the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
