
Customer Experience Specialist

This is a customer service role where you will be creating moments that matter for customers. You will be working in a retail environment and will be responsible for providing genuine service to customers.
The key focus of this role includes ensuring safety, providing excellent customer service, contributing to positive sales performance, maintaining exceptional showroom presentation and merchandising standards, processing stock, and being an enthusiastic team member.
This role requires weekend availability and a valid driver's license as driving will be required. Additionally, you must be able to lift, bend, and climb.
