Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our maintenance planning team. As an Aviation Maintenance Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of maintenance events.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the production planning process, identifying turn times, resource requirements, and stakeholder needs. You will work closely with various teams to drive excellence in safety, compliance, on-time performance, and brand values.

In this role, you will also be responsible for liaising with key stakeholders, implementing new processes and procedures, and reviewing customer maintenance plans to ensure all production planning requirements are met.

You will represent the engineering team at daily planning and OTP meetings and provide detailed performance reports to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Detailed understanding of aircraft line and light maintenance operations
  • Aircraft trade certificate or tertiary qualification in an aviation stream
  • Experience in an aircraft maintenance environment in a maintenance planning capacity
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and environments
