Job Title: Senior Functional Consultant - Dynamics 365

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive challenging projects and work with customers to understand functional and business requirements.

  • Develop new solution offerings and research client systems and architecture
  • Discuss project scope and budget with the customer
  • Identify and resolve project issues
  • Write proposal components or letters of understanding

You will also be working with internal personnel to define service opportunities, develop standards of delivery, templates, and standard work products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement advanced technical solutions
  • Understand functional and business requirements to make appropriate technology recommendations
  • Cultivate relationships with partners, suppliers, and clients to develop and share understanding of technology roadmaps
  • Articulate both technical and abstract concepts in a clear and concise manner

Technical Requirements

  • Expert level understanding of at least 2 of the Dynamics 365 First Party Applications
  • Expert level understanding and hands-on experience with Power Automate
  • Working knowledge with hands-on experience with Copilot Studio
