Business Manager/Barista Position

Cafe in Parramatta seeks a skilled business manager/barista to oversee the daily operations of the business.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing teams and implementing effective systems to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cafe operations, including supervising staff and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring the business remains financially stable.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure the business has the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve its goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a barista, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively.
  • Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
