Job Title: Swim Instructor – Qualified or Willing to Get Qualified
Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified or willing to get qualified Swim Instructor to join our team at WynActive. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming education to individuals and school groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching and Coaching: Deliver swimming lessons to individuals and school groups, creating a safe and supportive environment to encourage learning and skill development.
- Lesson Planning: Plan and prepare engaging and effective swimming lessons, using innovative teaching methods to make swimming exciting and enjoyable.
- Feedback and Support: Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students, helping them to improve their swimming skills and build confidence in the water.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety Licence or proof of enrollment in a Swim Teacher Course.
- Experience: Energetic, outgoing, and fun, with a flair for working with people and excellent customer service skills.
- Passion for Swimming: A passion for swimming and making everyone safe around the water.
