Reman Coordinator

About the Role

Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd is seeking a skilled Reman Coordinator to join our Mt Isa Warehouse Team. This is a permanent full-time role, working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

As a Reman Coordinator, you will:

• Manage and respond to HD Reman enquiries for internal and external customers
• Liaise and coordinate component rebuilds between Component Rebuild Centres and key stakeholders
• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the HD Reman end-to-end process within the parts and service functions
• Inspect components for quality control and liaise with stakeholders on non-compliance issues
• Provide high-level support, service, and engagement with commercial customers through collaboration with the team
• Promote and secure parts and labour sales for HDAL through demonstrated value and quality of product

About You

A successful teammate will have experience in:

• Previous industry experience in heavy machinery, mining, building, or construction
• Mechanical trade or demonstrated mechanical aptitude
• Current forklift license
• Demonstrated experience in Caterpillar parts, warehouse, and dispatch systems
• Ability to work autonomously and plan workloads and timeframes
• Attention to detail and inspection experience
• Highly developed interpersonal skills
