Clinical Research Associate Job Opportunity
Join a dynamic team as a Clinical Research Associate where you will be responsible for conducting clinical trials and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the healthcare industry and want to make a meaningful contribution.

About the Role

The Clinical Research Associate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of clinical trials. Key responsibilities include monitoring investigator sites, conducting site visits, and maintaining accurate records.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A background in life sciences or a related field is highly desirable.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-site file reviews and manage required documentation
  • Ensure audit readiness and maintain a shared responsibility with other project team members on issues/findings resolution
  • Participate in investigator meetings and provide trial status tracking and progress update reports
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a life sciences related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years' clinical monitoring experience
  • Therapeutic experience in oncology essential
  • Phase I experience essential
  • Basic medical/therapeutic area knowledge and understanding of medical terminology
  • Able to attain and maintain a solid understanding of ICH GCPs and applicable regulations and procedural documents
  • Good oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with medical personnel
