Production Operator - Blender/Mixer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our Production Department, you will be responsible for operating blenders and other production equipment, ensuring the smooth running of our manufacturing processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (desired but not essential)
  • A forklift licence (preferred but not required)
  • Physical fitness for lifting up to 25kg
  • Good attitude and ability to work safely
  • Licence and own transport
  • Commitment to 38 hours per week with overtime as needed

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Measuring, weighing, and preparing raw ingredients with regular lifting of up to 25kg
  • Operating blenders and other production equipment
  • Conducting quality checks and completing batch documentation
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work area
