About This Role
Recruitment Hive is seeking an experienced Enterprise ServiceNow Developer to join our client, a Federal Government commission based in the Australian Capital Territory. The successful candidate will work on a long-term contract that spans 12 months.
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in scripting, configuration, integrations, and customisations. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and maintaining ServiceNow apps and integrations, as well as holding relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Admin and Implementation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing ServiceNow solutions, including scripting, configuration, integrations, and customisations.
- Maintaining and enhancing existing ServiceNow apps and modules.
- Providing advanced technical support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes, and conducting root cause analysis.
- Ensuring system stability and staying up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities.
Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining ServiceNow apps and integrations.
- Holding a ServiceNow Certified System Admin certification and one or more ServiceNow Mainline Certification at an Implementation Specialist level.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and knowledge of service integration configuration, sustainment, and API management through Integration Hub and Repository management and branching.
- Experience with ServiceNow solutions and their applications.
