Career Opportunities in Training and Development

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage a diverse caseload of Apprentices and Trainees, guiding them from their first steps to successful completion. You will develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities, market and promote Australian Apprenticeships within the region, and build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality management, training, and mentoring to a caseload of apprentices and trainees.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Market and promote Australian Apprenticeships within the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing, screening, and selection processes to identify top talent for our clients.
- Proactively identify emerging trends and market opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment initiatives and deliverables.
Requirements:
- Valid working with children check (or willing to obtain prior to commencing)
- Current drivers licence
- Current National Police Check (within the last 12 months)
- Eligibility to work in Australia (Full working rights)
