Community Health Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Community Nurse to join our team at the Women's and Children's Health Network. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of young people in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to Aboriginal, Guardianship of the Minister and vulnerable young people.
- Work collaboratively with clients to develop individual care plans using a client-centred framework.
- Ensure access and equity of services for all clients from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
About You:
- Registered Nurse with at least 3 years post-registration experience.
- Experience working with Aboriginal Clinical Health practitioners and supporting health outcomes for Aboriginal consumers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
