Job Title: Data Governance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Manager to join our Information Technology Division.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the Insurance Commission's data assets are protected, classified, and managed to meet business and regulatory objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive data governance across the Insurance Commission
  • Cultivate excellent professional working relationships with a diverse network of key people internally and externally
  • Engage, communicate, and negotiate confidently using verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Undertake high-level conceptual and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Educate and uplift organisational knowledge of, and capability to perform contemporary data and information management
Requirements:
  • Develop and deliver data governance at scale, implementing significant organisational data and information management change
  • Cultivate excellent professional working relationships with a diverse network of key people internally and externally
  • Engage, communicate, and negotiate confidently using verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Undertake high-level conceptual and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Educate and uplift organisational knowledge of, and capability to perform contemporary data and information management
