We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Hospitality Professional to join our team as an Experience Host/Hostess. As a key member of our Front of House staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that they have a memorable dining experience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated from the moment they walk through the door.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, paying close attention to special requests and dietary restrictions.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation at all times.
  • Anticipate customer needs and exceed their expectations by providing personalized recommendations and anticipating potential issues.
  • Foster relationships with our regular customers, making each guest feel like a part of our community.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Front of House role, preferably in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic setting.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to take on new challenges with a positive attitude.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
  • Experience making specialty coffee (desirable).
  • Flexibility and willingness to work full-day shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
