Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse who is committed to providing high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients. They will also be required to use critical thinking to manage complex and acute patient conditions, as well as manage deteriorating patients and make rapid clinical decisions in emergencies.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Patient Care: Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients.
- Clinical Decision-Making: Using critical thinking to manage complex and acute patient conditions.
- Emergency Response: Managing deteriorating patients and making rapid clinical decisions in emergencies.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with hospital policies.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong clinical skills, including confidence in performing essential nursing tasks such as patient assessments, medication administration, and wound care. You will also need to be able to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team and demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills.
