Corporate Travel Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled corporate travel manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of travel professionals, overseeing the coordination of employee travel arrangements, and ensuring that all travel-related activities are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small team of travel professionals to ensure seamless execution of employee travel arrangements
  • Oversee the coordination of domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
  • Develop and implement effective travel policies and procedures to minimize costs and maximize efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve travel management processes and practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate travel management or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in managing travel teams and coordinating complex travel arrangements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
