As we embark on an exciting chapter of growth, we're seeking an industrious Labourer to join our team. This opportunity involves working on day shifts out of Auburn, providing a great chance to be part of a dynamic environment.

About the Role:

  • Located at Auburn.
  • Our operations involve recycling materials such as bricks, cement, tiles, steel, and timber.
  • You will play a key role in assisting with the recovery of materials for processing and resale as eco-friendly products.
  • You will ensure the efficiency of our processing line by identifying and troubleshooting any issues, including line blockages and catch points.
  • Manual handling tasks will include sweeping, raking, lifting, and general cleaning.
  • You will identify and raise concerns to maintain safety and environmental compliance.

Your Key Qualifications:

  • No experience is necessary, but you must be a team player with a positive approach.
  • A current driver's license and own transportation are highly preferable due to limited local public transport options.
  • You will need to demonstrate your ability to safely complete various physical and manual tasks.
  • Be prepared to work in a heavy industrial environment where noise levels can be high.
  • You should possess strong verbal and visual communication skills, including interpreting safety signs.
