Job Title: Culinary Expert

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through the creation of high-quality meals in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook food to chefs' specifications and recipes, ensuring food safety, hygiene, and presentation requirements are met.
  • Menu Knowledge: Maintain excellent knowledge of menu items and specials.
  • Sanitation Standards: Monitor and maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety within the kitchen.
  • Multitasking: Supervise and participate in meal service, managing multiple tasks simultaneously with ease.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and manage stock and inventory levels, minimizing waste and optimizing efficiency.
Requirements:
  • A relevant Certificate IV in a culinary field, supplemented by at least one year of full-time experience in a similar role.
Additional Skills:
  • Leadership: Ability to supervise and provide directions to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with diverse groups, including staff, customers, and suppliers.
  • Teamwork: A well-presented, enthusiastic, and positive attitude, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
