**Frontend Engineering Opportunities**

We are seeking a skilled Senior Front-End Engineer to join our team. As a key player in the design, development, and optimisation of scalable front-end applications across web and mobile, you will have the opportunity to shape the technical strategy of fast-scaling products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement high-performance, maintainable front-end solutions.
  • Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and champion clean, reusable component design.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Optimise applications for performance, accessibility, and scalability across platforms.
  • Influence long-term technical strategy and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of front-end development experience, with at least 3 years in React or React Native.
  • Strong track record in front-end architecture, state management (Redux, Zustand, React Query), and API integration (REST, GraphQL).
  • Demonstrated success in performance optimisation and cross-platform compatibility.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience mentoring, supporting team development, and fostering a positive engineering culture.
