Talent International is seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer to join our team. As a SharePoint Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint sites to create custom workflows, forms, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customize SharePoint Online using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Automate, Power Apps, and other Office 365 tools.
  • Work closely with internal project teams to gather requirements and develop solutions to enhance the SharePoint user experience.
  • Utilize the full capabilities of the Office 365 E5 stack, including security and compliance features, to enhance SharePoint functionalities.
  • Ensure all SharePoint solutions comply with relevant security and compliance standards, including PROV and VPDSS.
  • Implement recommendations from Governance & Records Manager within SharePoint to ensure proper document lifecycle management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years experience specialising as a SharePoint Developer, preferably in environments utilising Office 365.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Automate, Power Apps, and other Office 365 tools.
  • Experience with records management within SharePoint, including knowledge of OVIC VPDSS standards and PROV requirements.
  • Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
