IT Leadership Opportunity

A challenging role for an IT Manager to lead a team in Application/Software and Infrastructure, drive projects, and provide ongoing support.

The Role:

  • Prioritize zero downtime during core business hours, operate the company's network and server infrastructure efficiently, securely and effectively.
  • Manage relationships with technology partners to deliver within planned time and cost, meeting KPIs and SLAs.
  • Propose business cases to senior executives, consult with stakeholders, manage and negotiate contract agreements, drive projects to successful completion, and provide ongoing support.
  • Provide technical leadership and partner with the business to develop best-practice policies, procedures, processes, standards, and strategies.

About You:

  • You have experience leading a small IT team.
  • You are skilled in Microsoft environments (O365, Power Platform, Azure).
  • You have hands-on experience in network and telephony.
  • Dynamics 365 or AX 2012 experience is highly regarded.
  • You have a strong ability to wear many hats and work independently.
  • You have project management experience.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or similar.
  • Industry certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL) are highly regarded.
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Fantastic stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Self-reliance, a drive to learn, and the ability to find innovative solutions.
  • Passion, professionalism, positivity, and persistence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
