Regulatory Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Change Manager to support a high-profile regulatory reform program within the energy sector.
This role is critical in ensuring that changes are effectively understood, adopted, and embedded into business operations through structured change management strategies and activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective change management plans to support regulatory reform initiatives.
- Conduct thorough change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify areas of risk, resistance, and opportunity.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and collaboration across business and technical teams.
- Deliver change interventions including training, workshops, stakeholder briefings, and business readiness activities.
- Monitor and report on change progress, adoption levels, and business readiness, recommending adjustments where required.
- Proven experience as a Change Manager, ideally within regulatory or compliance-focused projects.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across business and technical teams.
- Demonstrated success in driving change through clear, compelling, and targeted communication strategies.
- Experience delivering change strategies and plans in complex environments.
