Food and Beverage Attendant Opportunity

Are you a customer service professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at The Star Gold Coast. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering Outstanding Customer Service: You will be the face of our brand, providing friendly and efficient food and beverage service to our guests. Your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences will ensure that every guest feels valued and appreciated.
  • Maintaining Menu Knowledge: You will be required to maintain an in-depth knowledge of our menu and current promotions, ensuring that you can answer any questions our guests may have and make informed recommendations.
  • Collaborating with the Team: You will work closely with your colleagues to provide seamless and efficient service to our guests. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively will be essential in delivering exceptional results.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: You will have previous experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment or customer service role.
  • Skills and Qualifications: You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A valid RSA Statement of Attainment is also required.
