Customer Payment Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately handling customer payments, managing cash transactions, and ensuring that all repair orders are properly completed and documented.
Main Responsibilities:
- Inspect service repair orders and parts invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Calculate material charges and total retail prices for parts, fluids, and labor
- Collect customer payments in cash, check, or authorized charge account
- Provide proper change and receipts to customers
- Document charge purchases according to established policies
- Accumulate repair orders and parts invoices daily
Key Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Superior customer service skills
