Executive Chef

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our restaurant team in Truganina, Victoria. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Prepare and cook high-quality food according to menu guidelines and recipes.
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, including apprentices and trainees.
• Monitor revenue and cost performance, and implement cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

• Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Hospitality.
• At least two (2) years of relevant experience in a similar role.
