We are seeking a seasoned Senior Positional Trader to join our trading team in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for trading options across Asian markets, working collaboratively with access to best-in-class systems and tools.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance trading performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Analyse market trends and make informed decisions to maximise profits.
  • Work closely with the team to share knowledge and learn from others, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Requirements:
  • Significant experience working as an Equity/Index Options Trader.
  • Demonstrated track record of strong trading performance.
  • Strong understanding of the market and its dynamics, including risk management and opportunities present.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
Desirable Skills:
  • Familiarity with coding languages such as Python, R or other programming languages.
  • Knowledge and experience of other asset classes beyond Equities.
  • Familiarity with large market flows and motivations for market behaviour.
