We are seeking an experienced clinician to join our Positive Behaviour Support team as a Team Leader. This role involves providing guidance and support to Behaviour Support Practitioners, helping them deliver high-quality services aligned with our standards.

In this position, you will work closely with our Business Partners and Head of Operations to ensure consistency in practice, clear communication of priorities, and a strong focus on participant outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will require extensive experience working with and supporting clients across a variety of settings, as well as excellent operational skills and the ability to communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to Behaviour Support Practitioners
  • Work closely with Business Partners and Head of Operations
  • Ensure consistency in practice and clear communication of priorities
  • Foster a strong focus on participant outcomes
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience working with and supporting clients
  • Excellent operational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Current suitability at the Proficient or Advanced level as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
  • Considerable experience providing support to people with behaviours of concern
