Corporate Learning Strategist

Snooze is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Learning Strategist to join its team.
This exciting role is responsible for delivering engaging learning materials and resources, playing a key support role in driving strategic projects forward at Snooze. The successful candidate will design and develop training materials, create policies, document processes incorporating instructional design, and engage stakeholders in training topics ranging from retail point of sale systems, sales training to leadership development.

About Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Engage with key stakeholders – franchise partners, retail team members, and the Support Centre team to support and deliver strategic project work
- Identify, analyze, and document operational change impacts caused by projects and manage the appropriate interventions through a learning lens
- Identify and document the training needs of Franchise Partners, retail store teams, and Support Centre team members to transition to any new operational processes
- Develop training materials and collaborate with relevant partners to produce them
- Ensure all training materials align with compliance and organisational goals
- Facilitate and manage workshop sessions alongside our experienced Instore Field Training team at events such as Snooze Forums or Snooze Conferences
- Identify, develop, and create training modules related to our service offerings using contemporary methods of training delivery
- Assist in the overall presentation and formatting of e-learning modules to enhance user experience
- Deliver training as required
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in learning trends, changes in learning theory, advancements in learning technologies, and different training techniques, including e-learning, coaching, mentoring, classroom training, and workshops
What We're Looking For
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (minimum qualification)
- High proficiency in MS Office (Word / PowerPoint / Outlook)
- Previous experience in creating and delivering learning packages, including instructional design (critical), evidence of content development work
- Experience in facilitating in-house e-learning programs and workshops with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Authoring skills in e-learning using Articulate 360 or similar and LMS experience and technical abilities
- Strong planning and organizational skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and attention to detail
- The ability to create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc.)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly, edit, and proof-read content
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- A current full Australian driver's license
- Experience working under pressure, setting and managing conflicting priorities, and meeting specified timeframes
- A flexible working approach to deliver outstanding outcomes
- The ability to work both autonomously and co-operatively with others, contributing to a collaborative team environment
- The occasional requirement to travel interstate
