About Us:
We operate a network of leading tourism parks across Australia, employing over 2000 people nationwide. Our flagship park in Rockhampton is a 10-acre property offering guests a range of accommodation options and facilities.
The Role:
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of our park facilities, including amenities, camp kitchen, and play areas.
- Carry out daily tasks to ensure the park remains well-presented and safe for guests.
- Perform general grounds upkeep, including landscaping, mowing, and litter removal.
- Undertake repairs and routine maintenance on park accommodation and facilities.
- Manage and maintain park equipment and tools.
- Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to, providing a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.
What we look for:
- Previous experience in grounds keeping and maintenance.
- Skilled in building and grounds maintenance tasks.
- Attention to detail to ensure the safety and aesthetic appeal of the property.
- Ability to safely operate equipment and power tools.
- Excellent time management skills and flexibility to work a 7-day roster.
- Trade qualifications are desirable.
- Prior pool maintenance experience would be advantageous.
- A current valid driver's license is essential.

This role involves manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 20kg, kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and machinery. A Federal Police Clearance and Working With Children's Clearance are required prior to employment.
