About the Role

Belgravia Leisure is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swim Teacher to join our team at Jack Hort Memorial Pool.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to a diverse range of ages and abilities.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to individual needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Current First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate.
  • Working With Children Check (or equivalent) and National Police Check.
  • Current AUSTSWIM Certificate – or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
