Job Summary

Raven's Recruitment is seeking an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead a successful pharmacy business in a dynamic and growing market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, and leading a team of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead and manage a team of experienced pharmacists and support staff
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the team
  • Collaborate with the business owner to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA)
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a pharmacy setting
  • Strong clinical knowledge and accreditations across most pharmacy services
