Job Summary

We're seeking a Contract Management & Assurance Specialist to support business stakeholders with procurement systems and process support. As a key member of our team, you'll help build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert for source-to-manage systems, providing comprehensive advice and guidance to the business group on system processes and contract setup.
  • Undertake and support contract and supplier management activities within and across Airservices' procure-to-pay system, responding to business enquiries and requests related to workspace environments and other system attributes.
  • Support the business in completing in-system updates such as terms and conditions setup, pricing terms setup, supplier compliance information, and other activities to ensure effective contract management across the organisation.
  • Undertake assurance activities and status monitoring within and across systems to advise on potential compliance issues, advising business owners, contract managers, and the procurement services team on potential issues and recommendations.

What We're Looking For

You'll need proven ability to interpret and apply complex organisational frameworks and policies with previous exposure to contract management. Excellent customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication, a proactive solution-focused mindset, and a natural ability to build relationships are essential.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to work in a team environment, supporting team members, following and applying processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Able to demonstrate initiative to communicate potential opportunities for improvement in seeking efficiency and best practice.
  • Strong knowledge of source-to-manage systems and contract management functionality.

Estimated Salary: AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum
