**Accessibility Compliance Analyst Role:**

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to our mission of making Canva the most accessible design tool in the world.



As an Accessibility Compliance Analyst, you'll be responsible for identifying and mitigating accessibility risks in our product, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and working with cross-functional teams to implement accessibility best practices.



You'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from auditing and testing to consulting and education. If you're passionate about accessibility and want to make a real impact, this could be the perfect role for you.



**Your Key Responsibilities:**




  • Develop and implement a compliance strategy to mitigate accessibility risks in our product.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accessibility best practices are implemented throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address accessibility barriers.
  • Conduct accessibility audits and testing to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate teams on accessibility best practices.


**What We're Looking For:**




  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accessibility risk and compliance.
  • Familiarity with WCAG 2.2 AA and ATAG 2.0 and how they apply to regulatory standards.
  • Strong understanding of disability models, universal design, and accessibility-related standards.
  • Previous experience in accessibility auditing and testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
