Mining Production Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing effective production leadership to the project production crew, ensuring that production targets are met, and a safe and healthy workplace is maintained.
Key Responsibilities:- Championing safety management plans and procedures
- Effective communication with other departments
- Leadership and development of the crew
- Maintaining high production standards
- Conducting toolbox talks and shift prestart meetings
- Conducting statutory inspections of an open cut operation
- A highly achieving and focused individual with previous experience in a similar role
- Committed to driving a high-performing team
- Experience in leading a high-performance team in a production environment
- Commitment to health, safety, environment, and community (HSEC)
- Ability to work in a fluid and dynamic environment
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of an adaptive team
- Experience with computer-based data and management tools
- A 7/7 roster
