Responsibilities- Custodian of multiple processes for new entities including onboarding, accreditations, agreement renewals, and offboarding.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve process efficiency and provide a positive experience.
- Communicate frequently to stakeholders to keep them informed on progress.
- Support the operations team with strategic projects and admin duties.
- Experience working in services is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
