As a Service & Selling Team Member, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Selling products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and promote cross-selling opportunities
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new products and promotions

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong sales focus with proven selling techniques within retail
  • Excellent customer service and selling experience
  • A positive, customer-centric, and 'can-do' attitude
  • Ability to foster effective communication and collaboration to build relationships with customers and team members
