Job Title: Morning Coffee Specialist

Our coffee business in Cheltenham is seeking a highly energetic and enthusiastic team member to join our crew as a Morning Coffee Specialist. As an all-round barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently preparing high-quality coffee beverages.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about coffee and committed to providing outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have previous experience in making coffee in a similar setting.

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and specialty lattes
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and handling transactions with professionalism
  • Assist with daily store operations, including stocking, cleaning, and maintaining equipment
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment

Requirements:
