Lead Front-End Development Team

Overview:

As a seasoned Technical Lead, you will join our ed-tech scale-up as a key figure in driving the front-end development team. This role offers a hybrid working style with 2 days of office work per week, giving you the perfect balance between collaboration and independence.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small team of developers, providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow professionally.
  • Collaborate with engineers to design and implement robust front-end solutions, leveraging your expertise in AWS and Angular.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to industry best practices and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Work closely with the product manager, designer, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative products that enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience as a software developer, with a strong background in front-end technologies.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing teams.
  • Expertise in AWS, Angular, and Typescript, with a solid understanding of computer science fundamentals.
