We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Regional Powerline Engineer to join our Assets and Operations team in Berrigan.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work on a variety of projects, including maintaining and upgrading powerlines to ensure the reliability and safety of our network.

As a Regional Powerline Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and repairing powerlines, poles, and other equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
  • Performing routine inspections to identify potential issues and taking proactive measures to prevent failures
  • Collaborating with colleagues and customers to resolve any issues or concerns related to powerline maintenance

About you

We are looking for someone who has a Certificate III in ESI - Power Systems with electives in Distribution Overhead, as well as a valid Driver's Licence and WorkCover NSW Construction induction Certificate. You should also have evidence of attainment and maintenance of all regulatory, industry, and business required licences, authorisations, and certificates deemed necessary for the role.

You will also need to be able to work effectively during times of unplanned events and be willing to participate in out-of-hours On-Call duties when required.

Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
