We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Service Coordinator within our Clayton branch. Reporting directly to the Service Supervisor, this challenging front-line position is perfect for someone looking to advance their career as a leader within our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking and scheduling work in progress efficiently
  • Liaising with customers throughout their machine repairs to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Providing clear, accurate, and timely information on machine repairs and Used Equipment build-ups
  • Issuing quotations following inspection work
  • Managing invoices to guarantee pricing and product/machine component details are transparent
  • Fostering effective communication with other departments to drive successful solutions

About You

To excel in this role, you will leverage your mechanical trade background and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service, as well as demonstrating exceptional organisational skills.

You will require:

  • The ability to develop and maintain long-term internal and external relationships
  • Excellent organisational skills and the capacity to handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Operational experience within the heavy mechanical industry
  • A strong commitment to safety, health, and environment procedures
