Night Duty Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Churches of Christ in Queensland. As a Night Duty Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our residents, including administering medications and interventions, monitoring and documenting resident health status, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including providing medications and interventions
- Monitor and document resident health status and progress, making referrals as needed
- Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to develop, implement and monitor bespoke care plans
- Provide guidance and support to our team of care workers
- Current AHPRA registration
- Clinical knowledge and experience in aged care
- A National Police Check or ability to obtain
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
