  • Lead a team of care staff to provide person-centered care and support residents to achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams and allied health professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Engage with residents and their families to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Person-Centered Care principles and practices.
