Roofing Specialist Position

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced roofing specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who possess excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining roofing systems on various types of buildings, including residential and commercial structures. Key responsibilities include:

  • Covering houses and buildings with insulation and waterproof surfaces to ensure weatherproofing.
  • Conducting site measurements before erecting scaffolding.
  • Cutting and installing roof materials such as insulation, waterproof underlays, sheet metal, and protective paint.
  • Attaching plumbing and guttering.
  • Identifying roof defects and carrying out maintenance as required.

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A minimum qualification of Certificate III in Roof Tiling (CPC30820) or equivalent.
  • A Construction Induction Card (White Card).
  • Experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Completed a Work Safely at Heights short course through a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
  • Experience working with Children's Check is desirable.
  • Access to personal tools is required.
  • The necessary licences and accreditation to work as a Roofing Specialist in your state or territory must be obtained.
