Estate Upkeep Supervisor

This role requires a results-driven professional to provide effective assistance and support to the operation and management of all services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing subcontractors, establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring that service delivery meets contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of personnel to ensure efficient service delivery.

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.

• Collaborate with Infrastructure Services Manager to report performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience working in estate upkeep or a similar field.

• Experience in work order management or maintenance planning is highly desirable.

• Trade knowledge would be an advantage.

• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with technical staff, subcontractors, and senior stakeholders.

• Proven decision-making abilities combined with innovative thinking to generate problem-solving solutions.

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will participate in an on-call roster every 4 weeks. This role is based at RAAF Williams defence base in Victoria.
